Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was Vice President and Department Head of Baltimore Federal Financials Commercial Real Estate Division. In 1988 I joined the Severna Park Office of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. bringing with me a lifetime of experience and knowledge. Because buying and selling property has become increasingly complex, a keen understanding of real estate transactions is more important than ever. New technology, laws, procedures and sophistication of clients require Realtors to perform at a higher level of professionalism. I continue to meet these challengesthrough education. I taught Fast Start later to be known as "Star Builder's" an in house training program for new agents as well as mentoring for 19+ years. Additionally I have earned several designations and certifications.
